With a decade of experience as an RCVS Recognized Specialist in Veterinary Cardiology, he has led teams in some of Europe's largest Specialist Veterinary Referral Hospitals.

Andrew's commitment extends beyond hospital walls. He established his specialist-led visiting cardiology service, offering clinical consultancy to 50 veterinary practices across southern England. Additionally, he brought his skills to the pharmaceutical industry, contributing to both national and international marketing teams.

His entrepreneurial spirit shone as a co-founder of Pawsquad in 2015, introducing the first veterinary video consulting platform to the market, eventually acquired by IVC Evidensia. More recently, Andrew co-founded VetNexa, a digital information platform for Veterinary Professionals.

His credentials speak volumes: an EBVS® European Veterinary Specialist in Small Animal Cardiology and a Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons (RCVS) Recognized Specialist in Veterinary Cardiology. Jo is an animal health professional with over 21 years of experience in feline care. She is a pioneer in the field, having established the UK's first cat-only home visiting clinic, which revolutionized feline care in the nation.

Also an acclaimed author, Jo has written a captivating book about feline health. Published by Penguin Random House, "What's My Cat Thinking?" is available in over 10 languages.

David has more than 20 years of experience as an investment banker, both in international capital markets and M&A, having raised more than $4 billion for corporate clients, including managing or co-managing over 30 IPOs on the ASX, winning the 2008 Corporate Deal of the Year Award and being regularly ranked in the Top 20 bankers in Australia. He has extensive background in advising companies across all sectors and has been integrally involved in numerous emerging companies which have evolved into large successful businesses.  

David also has significant experience previously working as an Executive and Non-Executive Director and advisor for a number of ASX listed companies as well as private unlisted companies in the technology and resources sectors.
